Commute and access
Use the confirmed meeting point when checking a route. Compare Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hollywood, or another area by actual travel time at your expected lesson hours—not by a city label or straight-line distance. Ask about parking and the final walk to the meeting place.
A place where you can study
Look for a workable sleep schedule, quiet study space, reliable internet, and practical food and laundry arrangements. For shared accommodation, clarify guest rules, occupancy, parking, and who is responsible for charges before paying.
Flexible terms and a reserve
Read the cancellation, extension, deposit, and refund terms. Compare the full stay cost, including taxes and mandatory fees. Keep a reserve for a longer stay or changed travel; a checkride or weather delay can make a rigid return date costly.

Broward County identifies North Perry as a general aviation airport in Pembroke Pines. Do not confuse it with the commercial airline terminal at Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport. Make both the arrival journey and the daily training commute part of the plan.
