Contact FKFA for an itemized invoice or enrollment statement including:

Helicopter Academy's name and address

Training program details (e.g., PPL, IR, CPL)
Cost Breakdown
3. Submit a Withdrawal Request
Log into your 529 account or submit a paper form. Funds may be:
Paid directly to Helicopter Academy (if allowed by your provider), or
Paid to you as the beneficiary, and then used to pay Helicopter Academy
4. Keep All Records
Only use 529 funds for qualified education expenses. Keep all receipts, invoices, and confirmation emails for tax purposes.
